Great experience from start to finish. Very convenient - Son was super-efficient and very polite :) Got my screen done with no disruption to my day whatsoever. Came to my work and returned my phone whilst I was still in a meeting. Highly recommended!!

Great service! 3rd time using this company and great results each time! Our fixer was lovely, came on time when agreed and fixed my phone quickly!

My iPhone had it's OLED screen replaced in October 2022. Green vertical lines have now appeared on the screen making it impossible to use. fix2U's 5 year warranty apparently doesn't cover it - the iPhone has not been dropped or damaged in any way. Be wary they're happy to take your money but not follow up when something goes wrong.

The service was good and on time .When I reserved the booking , I got an amount to pay on repair either by cash or card . The guy who came to repair wanted surcharge to be paid if using card .

******AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE -DODGEY AS******Absolutely disgraceful company.Fraudulent behaviour - disrepectful and non responsive.Completed an iPad repair - the replacement screen failed within a few weeks and they advised they would not honour warranty due to a pre existing dent in the chassis (Present before the repair).Have pursued them for almost 6 months to try and get money back or ipad repaired.DESPITE CLAIMS WE WERE ADVISED OF THE DENT - If I had been advised that the dent was an issue and would void any future warranty claim I would not have proceeded with repair. The only thing the technician advised was his concerns over the worn home button. Pre-existing dent in the chassis has NOTHING to do with a replacement solid state electronic part that subsequently fails. Don't have to be rocket scientist to figure that one out.Would give 0 stars if I could.******AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE -DODGEY AS******

Used them a few times now and been great! Except for the upsell and then fees to via debt card. Extremely expensive

We first used fix2U 6 years ago as they had the most competitive price, included warranty and came to my home to fix my device. I have now used them 4 times for various screen repairs. Still the best service and price every time!

Very poor quality and poor customer service. My mobile is an iPhone X, this is the second time this has happened to it, the last time the whole screen turned green and then purple after a month follow up they changed the screen for me and mentioned your screen has 5 years warranty, this time half the screen has turned green! There are no breaks on the screen, no damage but they are not accepting the warranty. Very disappointing.

Definately the way to go if you need a repair. Excellent fast service, good prices. 2nd time using them, will everytime. Came to my office within an hour or so of booking.

Great service. Told me they would be here between 12-5pm. Arrived early at 10am. New screen fitted and phone back to normal within 15 minutes. Very handy having them come to me as I work business hours and find it hard to get away during the day.
