This company totally stuffed up my iPhone while supposedly changing the battery. Devastated I thought I had lost everything. I went to buy a new iPhone from the apple store in Perth and they managed to save everything from the stuffed up iPhone. I would not give this company any stars but I had to give one to submit my review.

I wish I had read the reviews before. Pathetic service. They charged $150 to fix the Apple Watch screen, when my brother went to pick the watch the guy asked not to remove the elastic rubber bands so that the glue settles properly. After few hours we took out the band and the screen was cracked exactly where the elastic band was. The guy was arguing about why it took me 3 days to got back to him in spite of the fact that they were closed on Sunday and Monday was public holiday and Tuesday I couldn’t come because of work (his point was that they were open on public holiday and I should have called to check)It’s not about 2 days or 3 days it’s about how your service is and how you totally blame on your customers. In the end thay told me that they can’t repair the watch as it might happen again and agreed to refund my money back.Go there but do not expect any warranty, once you are out of the shop it’s all your fault if something happens afterwards.

Took phone in knowing it was a simple screen crack and no OLED damage, price quoted, then I said ok, then old mate began with unfortunately it's more than a" this is where I cut him off and said don't worry I'll just claim it on the carriers insurance instead

I have had 2 Samsung mobile phone screens done here with a 40 minute wait...EXCELLENT job Guys!!!

Initially I broke my phone by tripping over and it hit metal then concrete, it would have been impossible not to break my screen. My husband took my phone in to be repaired and it cost $130.Less than a month later holding my phone with a plastic square key in hand my screen broke again. My phone is 3 years old with no prior breakage.Carrying my plastic key hasn’t been sufficient to break my phone in 3 years but apparently I’ve developed super strength as this was enough to break this new screen. The screen had also started having issues, going black and not responsive to touch and pressing buttons.Went back to see what they could do and was offered $20 off. So apparently $110 - $130 a month is what I should expect to pay to keep my phone.If I dropped or misused my phone than fair enough but I was just using my phone as per normal.If you need your phone repaired, drive further and take your phone to a reputable repairer.
