Apple Booragoon

From the moment you walk in the doors you’re greeted and taken care of. Walked in with a broken phone walked out with a resolution and the other recommendations to streamline and integrate all family devices.You can absolutely find someone to fix your screens slightly cheaper… but what you miss out on is the education and service that is only available at apple.I now won’t go anywhere else.

We just went to Apple Store Booragoon and got quite disappointed with the customer service. We came determined to buy a computer, looking for advice on which model was more suitable for our needs. First the welcoming was not very warm, we were left there without anyone telling us that we were on a list and someone would come to help us shortly. Then the staff didn’t help us at all to determine which product was best for us and stand there quite useless. We were ready to buy a 3000$ computer and expected a bit more enthusiasm and willingness to show us about the basics of the computer (they knew it was a first MacBook buy for us).Overall disappointed by this service, will not go back to this Apple Store again - we will go back to trusty worthy Apple in CBD.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!I went to Apple in the city and they were horrible. They wouldn’t replace my display screen even though my phone was under warranty and suggested that I buy a whole new phone.I then went to the Booragoon shop and they did not hesitate to resolve the issue! They were efficient and really kind. I definitely will be coming back to the Booragoon shop in the future ❤️

Worst Experience of my life dealing with the Apple Store in Booragoon. Total lack of customer service. The Manager Jessis Terrible. There is 0 customer service. This has turned me off Apple which is disappointing as I was really loyal to Apple before this experience. Perhaps they Need to train their managers better to deal with the public as Jess the team leader at that store is lacking in this department. Her whole attitude is terrible.

I had a booking with the technician here yesterday, my phone was not charging. The tech gave me great customer service and managed to fix the issue within 10mins. I highly recommend coming to this Apple Store.

We went into the Apple store to the 2nd time to fix a previous repair. After waiting for over 25 minutes even though I had a booking (What's the point in having a booked time?) After returning the next day only to wait another 20 minutes before anybody came to my attention. I asked to speak to the Manager to explain my concerns. The manager by the name of Jess came out to talk to me. She would have to be the absolute worst Manager I have ever dealt with full stop. Unbelievable how Apple can have this person representing them as a manager. Can I maybe suggest she gets some urgent training in basic customer service. This was not the case with this store a few years ago.

So, long story short, I went to the Apple Store to get a battery service for my iPhone and it turned out to be a total letdown. They told me to come back before closing time, so I got there at 4:45pm. They assured me that my phone was ready and would be out in a jiffy, so I waited at a table, thinking it wouldn't take too long.But 30 minutes later, some store person asked for my name and told me they forgot to take out my phone. Are you kidding me? Meanwhile, the whole store had like 15+ staff members just hanging out and having a good time. Come on, guys!It was pretty frustrating that my phone was just sitting there while nobody seemed to care. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. So if you're thinking of going to this store for service, just be prepared to spend more time than you think is reasonable. Consider yourself warned

Sorry You have lost me Apple. My wife and I went into your store and we waited had an appointment yet still waited for over 25 minutes. Even though there were several staff standing around talking to each other. Then we complained about this to the Store manger called Jess. What a waste of time this was. She was not helpful at all. My wife was quite upset. I remember how good the service was at Apple but this has changed in our local store. We will not be returning anytime soon. Apple use to stand out with their customer service. Not the case at this store in Booragoon. They need better management.
