Very good service. Great job on facelifting my battered phone

Absolutely appalling service, took my husbands Samsung S6 phone in as he had a small crack on the front screen, the phone still worked perfectly fine but the screen was annoying him, paid $290 for it to be repaired, collected the phone on Tuesday and then went to take a picture on Saturday and the phone wasn't working and it looked like the LCD screen had cracked!!! We took it back on Sunday 25th July 2016 explained what had happened to be told quite rudely that it wasn't there problem and it could not possibly be anything they had done and it was out fault! The phone is constantly in a case and you could see there was no marks on it so it had not been dropped. We suggested for them to send the screen back to where they got it from but they said no not there problem, so the 30 day guarantee that is on there receipt is worth nothing. I later on went to a more reputable phone centre to be told they had done an appalling job of repairing this and the phone is now totally dead beyond repair. Would tell people NOT to use these as a repair centre as this WAS there fault and have now had to get a new phone.

Got my phone screen replaced by them only for it to break within the week making the phone unusable, when I brought the phone back to them they blamed me for dropping the the phone, even though there was clearly no other signs of damage.Overall the staff were rude and never put the customer first.I hope no one else makes the same mistake as me and trusts them to fix their phone

Just don't......They sell sub-standard replacement screens. When you return with a fault within the warranty period, they respond with all kinds of excuses as for why it's nothing to do with the part.I've had three screens from this place within a short period (mine, and my two sons) all three have had issues with loss of screen/input interfacing. All three times it was something we'd done....you must have updated the software

Poor quality screen for iphone, weren't interested when i took it back. Avoid

I went to buy a new iPad Mini Cover. They recommended a couple of styles. Fitted it. I paid $35 for the cover & $35 for a screen protector. After a few days one of the corners kept popping out & when charging the iPad you had to take the whole cover off. Very annoying. I took it back. They said it wasn't the correct cover. I explained that one of your guys fitted it. He asked who? I said I don't know his name but I have a receipt. They refused to refund or replace the cover because it had a few loose threads on the cover. They said now they can't sell it & he threw it in the bin. I explained the quality must be poor because we haven't had it long or used it often. Not professional & made no attempt to help. A waste of $35. Do not waste your time or money

I took my iphone in to get the screen repaired and when i went back i got told i needed to replace my motherboard now reading some of these reviews i think im going to try somewhere else
